Symptoms
Lines 15 (Employee Required Contribution) and 16 (Safe Harbor Code) are blank on ACA 1095-C Forms and missing from the ACA IRS XML Files
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Run Create ACA XML File in preliminary mode (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
