Symptoms
Adhoc approver "+" button is not working in Fluid Approval tile when using Chrome and Edge browsers. It is working only from Internet Explorer browser consistently.
Steps:
----------
1) Navigate to Fluid homepage > Employee Self Service
2) Click on Approval tile
3) Open any Pending Approval transaction.
4) Click Approval Chain
5) Modal window comes up no click on the add "+" sign using latest chrome or latest Edge chromium browser
6) Not able to add adhoc approver, button does nothing.
