Symptoms
Below errors were seen in PSADMIN utility window when booting Process Scheduler domain.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. logging to Process Scheduler machine.
2. Navigate to PSADMIN utility. ($PS_HOME\appserv\psadmin.exe)
3. Select the process scheduler component.
4. Boot the scheduler.
