HCM 9.2: Profile Management: Delete Option Greyed Out Even If the Syndication Got Removed (Doc ID 2831868.1)

Symptoms

Profile Management: delete option greyed out even if the syndication got removed.

If the user did not save the change after the syndication got added, the Source Profile is not getting deleted after the syndication gets removed.
See the replication document:  DO NOT save the profile after you added the syndication, immediately delete the syndication after the competencies were added.


Steps to replicate the issue:


   1. Workforce Development > Profile Management > Profiles > Non-person Profiles > Non-person Profile
Do not add any competencies to the non-person profile
   2. Under Profile Actions choose:
2 competencies are added
Observe: the delete option for the Competencies is greyed out, since there is currently a syndication present = OK
   3. DON’T click on save, but immediately go to the syndication again (if you do save, it is working fine)
   4. Delete the syndication that was added at Step 2
   5. Return to profile

Notice that the competencies are still displayed = OK.

However, their Source Profile should get deleted as there is no syndication anymore = NOT OK.

This is causing the impossibility to delete these competencies
After saving and reopening the profile, the delete option is still greyed out.
