Symptoms

Apostrophe in Navigation collection name becomes "#039" in back button while accessing the Navigation collection.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define Navigation Collection Name with an Apostrophe
2. Access the Navigation collection
3. Access the page and look for Back button
4. Back button will have "#039" character.
