On Process Transcripts Page, With Population Selection of External File, 'View' Button Text is not Fully Displayed (Doc ID 2832250.1)

On the Process Transcripts Run Control page, when checking the Population Selection box and choosing External File as the selection tool, three button icons are displayed in a row, with the last one showing 'View', but the rest of the text in that button is cut off. Part of the next letter is barely visible, and presumably meant to be an 'F', to show 'View File', similar to the first two buttons which show 'Upload File' and 'Delete File'. 

The button icon should be properly aligned on the page, so that the full intended text is visible and clear to the user. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and enrolment > Transcripts > Batch Transcripts > Process Transcripts.
2. Check 'Population Selection' box and choose Selection Tool of External File. 
3. Note the three button icons that appear showing 'Upload File', 'Delete File', and 'View' with the next letter cut off, leaving only a tiny portion showing.
