HCM: Careers Component Not Showing Processing Icon After Clicking on View All Jobs link Twice (Doc ID 2832390.1)

Symptoms

Careers Component (HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL) not showing Processing Icon after clicking on View All Jobs link twice
It appears to be an issue when the user clicks on the "View All Jobs" 2 times. The first time they click, the processing icon appears for a flash and then disappears and it appears to the end user that nothing is happening, so they click on the "View All Jobs" again and this time the Processing icon appears.

  

Steps to Replicate the Issue:

1. Log in to the Careers website.
2. click on the "View All Jobs" link 2 times
3. then the Processing icon disappears and it appears that nothing is happening, so clicks on the "View All Jobs" link again and this time the Processing icon appears.
