E-PIA: Processing Icon Shows Briefly and Disappears After Clicking "View All Jobs" Link in Careers Page (Doc ID 2832417.1)

Symptoms

In Careers pages, Processing Icon only shows in a flash and then disappear after clicking View All Jobs link. If the user waits for a few seconds after the first click, the system displays the results and all job postings open up fine.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to the Production careers website.
2. The user clicks on the "View All Jobs" link
3. Processing icon appears for a flash and then disappears.
