When changing the Property Class, the following error occurs

This issue can be replicated at will using the following replication steps:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

1 Using Express Add (Asset Management, Asset Transactions, Owned Asset, Express Add) Add asset with Profile ID of LAND.
2 Under Asset Management, Asset Transactions, Owned Asset, Basic Add, Asset Property page, select Property Class = Site on asset added in step 1. This is asset 1
2 Add a second asset using Profile id of BLDG asset (Same navigation as number 1. Make it a Property Class = Building. This is asset 2
3 Change the Property Class to Site on asset 2. Don't save.
   Change the Property Class back to Building and fill in the same information as before. Save. Error happens.
