E-Portal: Change My Password Page Does Not Work When Opened from a Navigation Collection (Doc ID 2832693.1)

Change My Password page does not work when the page was opened through a navigation collection. From PeopleTools 8.56 to 8.57, it does not work in all the Portals including Employee Portal. From PeopleTools 8.56 to 8.59, it does not work for other Portals such as Supplier Portal.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA as a bidder.

2. In the navigation collection, click Change My Password.

3. Observe xml code is displayed on the page.
