'Copy Prior Terms Schedule' Menu Navigation Label Missing Apostrophe in 'Term's' (Doc ID 2832880.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 11, 2022

Applies to:

PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Records - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

The 'Copy Prior Terms Schedule' menu navigation item label is not grammatically correct, as the word 'Terms' is missing an apostrophe. The correct label 'Term's' displays on the component search page and on the tab labels once any record is displayed for the component.

The various page displays should be consistent and use the grammatically correct word 'Term's' in all locations. Changing the instances of 'Terms' to 'Term' (singular) would also be acceptable.

  1. Navigate to Curriculum Management>Roll Curriculum Data Forward>Copy Prior Terms Schedule. Note the display of 'Terms' on the menu label.
  2. Note that the search page shows 'Copy Prior Term's Schedule' in two places.
  3. Enter any value in Run Control ID or add a new value if needed, to bring up the application page.
  4. Now note the display of the labels is inconsistent. The black header now shows 'Terms' (no apostrophe), but both tab labels correctly show 'Term's'
