Error "First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member SearchType." When Creating Express Entry Requisition While Having The Catalog Role Security Enabled

Getting error message when enabling the catalog role security then trying to create a requisition using Express Entry form.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Catalogs > eProcurement Catalog Security Option, and check the "AccessPolicy " check box
- Navigate to eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Catalogs > Catalog Security Types and check the " ROLENAME" Check box
- From Home page press on the eprocurement tile then press on create requisition tile
- Press on the Express entry from the left panel .
- Choose any item.
- Getting error message
