E-CRM: Company Lookup Not Working on Person Component (Doc ID 2833230.1)

Symptoms

When trying to link a Person to a Company in Person component, the Company lookup does not work, the wheel spins briefly and nothing happens.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Customers CRM > Search Person
  2. Search for a Person
  3. Upon Clicking on a Person on above page, the Person Tab in RD_PERSON component opens.
  4. Click on Company lookup

A page is expected open with Company results for the user to select but nothing happens upon clicking the Lookup button.
