E-CRM: On the Person Component, the Company Lookup Returns no Results

When trying to link a Person to a Company in Person component, the Company lookup does not work, the wheel spins briefly and nothing happens.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Customers CRM > Search Person
- Search for a Person
- Upon Clicking on a Person on above page, the Person Tab in RD_PERSON component opens.
- Click on Company lookup
A page is expected open with Company results for the user to select but nothing happens upon clicking the Lookup button.
