Symptoms
When attempting to run RE_FASB_GEN (Straightline) the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Create operating lease with incentive (Lease Administration, Payables Leases, Create New Payables Lease)
2. Run RE_FASB_GEN (Lease Administration, Integrations, Generate SL Schedule)
3. Run RE_GENTRANS (Lease Administration, Integrations, Manage Transaction Generator)
4. Run AM_DEPR_CALC (Asset Management, Depreciation, Processing, Calculate Depreciation)
5. Run AM_AMAEDIST (Asset Management, Accounting Entries, Create Accounting Entries)
6. Create amendment: Delete the incentive. Add miscellaneous rent with escalation. (Lease Administration, Payables Leases, Maintain Payables Lease)
7. Activate the amendment.
8. Run RE_FASB_GEN.
