Invisible field error on Timesheet

Attempt to access invisible field suppressed
A web page has attempted to change a field in the component that is not accessible.
This may result from incorrect use of an HTML to set an invisible field that has not been marked to allow such access. Review the page definition. IF the access is valid , use the Page Designer to set the page field attribute under 'Invisible' to allow this access.
STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1.Login as a Manager
2.Select an EE who has the Time Reported Data set to inactive as of 7/24/2021 (Time & Labor> Enroll Time Reporters> Maintain Time Reporter Data)
3.Navigate to MSS Homepage> Team Time> Enter Time
4.Click on the filter button
5.Click on the correct job, (Same EE above)
6.Click on the dates so the calendar appears, then navigate back to April and choose a date in there
7.You will receive this error
'Cannot report time for the date 04/05/2021'
8.Press OK
9.Try and click on the arrows to move to different week
10.You’ll receive this error
