EAR 9.2: AR Global Search Queries Not Returning Full Data (Doc ID 2833376.1)

AR Global search queries (AR_SRCH_ITEM) does not return full data.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Open Query Manager or Query Viewer from Navigation : Reporting Tools > Query
2. Run Query AR_SRCH_ITEM when Customer and Credit Analyst are defined in different SETID
3. Query output is not Correct.
