Symptoms
When running the Aging Report AR30006 the totals per customer doesn't add upto the sub-total by each chartfield. This can be repeated by running the aging report for any chartfield or chartfield range and when the report is downloaded to CSV format.
Here is example of the mismatch

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Aging report by chartfields AR30006 in the CSV format
Due to this issue, users have wrong report total by chartfield does not equal the total amount selected
