EGL 9.2: SpreadSheet Upload Issue For Secondary Ledgers

Symptoms
While creating a journal from SpreadSheet, journal is imported with an incorrect value of a column, example :Resource category. Edit Journals is not checked in SpreadSheet. After correcting the value via Create/Update Online Journal Entries page and running the edit process secondary ledger lines are not appropriately populated.
Steps to replicate:
-------------------
1) Fill in incorrect values for few fields like : Project Unit, Resource Category etc. in spreadsheet and import the journal.
2) Make correction to the incorrect values via Create/Update Online Journal Entries page and edit the journal.
3) Check for secondary lines values and notice that Rate Type is blank, even base amount is blank in some cases (When Primary Line and Secondary Lines do not have same base currency). Secondary lines are not populated as expected.
