No Way to Add or Edit Emergency Contact via Student Services Center (Doc ID 2833970.1)

There is no way to add/edit Emergency Contact via Campus Community > Student Services Center.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Navigate to Campus Community>Student Services Center and open any ID
On the bottom left of the Student Center tab, there is Personal Information Section which has Emergency Contact hyperlink.
Click on it and Emergency Contact Page opens -- there is no way to add or edit Emergency Contact
