Symptoms

After recently upgrading to FSCM 9.2 PUM 39/Tools 8.58.10,  IB messages processing on some queues (e.g. EOAW_ESCALATIONS and EXPENSES queues ), show deadlocks on the IB tables. The following error below is shown in the apps server log:
