E-FLO: WriteRowset May Crash if the Number Field Length Defined in a File Layout Definition is Shorter than the Data Value (Doc ID 2833996.1)

Symptoms

Site is on PeopleTools (PT) 8.58.13. They created a custom Application Engine (AE) program to load data from a flat file using a File Layout (FL) object. When the program was run, it crashed when calling WriteRowset() function, and the following error was seen in the AESRV log.

STEPS:
----------------------
1. Import the Application Designer project consisting of the AE, FL, and record.

2. Build the record to create the table.

3. Import sample data via Data Mover.

4. Run the test AE program, and observe that crashes.
