Symptoms
Weekend or Holiday option is missing from Copy Expense Report functionality (Both Header and Line level) in Fluid.
Steps:
1) Create Expense Report
2) Select "Copy Expense Report" from the dropdown
3) Set the Expense Report Copy Option to "Full Expense Report" or by "By Expense Line Type"
4) Enter from and To Dates
-- Include Weekends and Include Holidays checkbox does not display on the page
