Symptoms
Saving a Search Instance by clicking on the "Save" button on the Search Instance Properties page in PeopleSoft (Navigator > PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Define Search Instance) when deployed on Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) results in the following error:
