Symptoms
Grant Award Profile Page shows incorrect Primary Project PI in multiple PI scenarios.
PS_GM_AWD_PRJ2_VW gets information from PS_PROJECT_TEAM_VW but does not use the START_DT and END_DT from this record in order to only pull the current EMPLID for the current PI.
Replication Steps:

1. Goto Grants Awards Award Profile (Navigation - Grants - Awards - Award Profile), choose the award.
2. Click on the project id and goto manager tab - Resources link.
3. Add a new resource with the same start and end date save and come back to an award profile page.
4. AWARD PI shows the original person name whereas Primary project PI shows the newly added person name.
