Fluid Timesheet slides open left panel automatically when 'Enter' key is pressed on the keyboard

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. From Manager Self Service homepage, Open ‘Team Time’
2. Select an employee
3. Click on an editable field on the page
4. Press ‘enter’ key and the left side panel opens up automatically and remains open unless manually closed.
