E-PC: Dropzone On Subpage Displays Error "GetField: Field 'x' Not Found In Scroll Level 0. (2,155)" (Doc ID 2835056.1)

Symptoms

A subpage is added to a component through a drop zone. When using the EMPLOYEE portal the subpage is loading as expected. 

But when using a custom portal the page fails to load and throws the following error:


Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a subpage in Application Designer
  2. Navigate to PeopleTools > Portal > Configure Drop Zones
  3. Add the subpage to a page
  4. Navigate to the page and see the error message displayed instead of the subpage
