Symptoms

FIN GL ARG Loc 9.1:

Multicurrency beginning balance (period 0) is calculating inflation adjustment inconsistently with all other regular periods.
For all other periods, the calculation contemplates amounts in foreign currencies translated to base currency (ARS)
but period 0 only calculates amounts when transaction is in ARS.

Steps to replicate:

1. Set up for Inflation Step.
2. Verify the TimeSpan.
3. Set up Multicurrency Process Group for the Step.
4. Verify Rate type by the Inflation Step.
5. Check the Ledger Group and Ledgers.
6. Check account balance for the Fiscal Years in question.
