When Update event file is run in STP with employee checked for Final Pay event as Yes, the XML File generated shows as false


Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
--------------------------------

1. Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Payee Data-->Single touch Payroll AUS-->STP Update Event AUS. Under Payroll Event: check Final Event Indicator
2. Run the process, Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt-->Authority Correspondence-->STP Payroll Event File AUS with STP File Type as Update Event
3. Verify the XML
