Symptoms
When installing a new PeopleSoft environment, when running the manually generated DataMover script in bootstrap mode (at the step "Running Data Mover Import Scripts" of the installation process), the following failure occurred:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Follow the steps in the following documentation: PeopleSoft 9.2 Application Installation on Oracle (PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.59)
2. Generate the DataMover script xyzora.dms
3. Run the DataMover script xyzora.dms in DataMover and observe the failure
