Symptoms
The GP Non-Rule ADS projects may fail in PeopleTools 8.59 due to difference in shapes of Application Datasets between Source Database and target Database.
This issue may be encountered for any ADS Project of any GP Country Extension which is based on data set GP_NONRULES in case the shape of Dataset in Source and Target is not same.
It fails in the below section of Change Package:
Chapter: Completing Application Changes
Task: Apply GP <Country> ADS Projects (e.g. – Apply GP France ADS Projects)
Step: Copy GP <Country> NR ADS From File – <Country Extension><Update ID>N (e.g. – Copy GP France NR ADS From File - FR32551243N)
