Symptoms

When attempting to click on the 'Lookup' button on the Academic Advisor page, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Student Background Information > Student Advisor
2. Search for Student.
3. When the page displays, don’t enter any information. Just click the Academic Advisor lookup (magnifying glass), which will display the secondary page.
4. Without entering any information in the search fields, click on the ‘Lookup’ button and the error will appear as shown above.
