Symptoms

Using PT8.59 Error running script to clean-up SEC-28 errors in SYSAUDIT per the directions found in PeopleBooks:

Attempting to run the script found in PeopleBooks* and the following error occurs.

ERROR at line 2:

ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis

*Script found in PeopleBooks: Administration Tools > Data Management >Ensuring Data Integrity > Running SYSAUDIT > SEC-28 Resolution

This issue can be replicated at will by performing the following steps:
1. Run Sysaudit
2. SEC-28 issues
3. Attempt to run script to resolve SEC-28 errors and subsequent error occurs
