EAM: AMGLRECN Calculates Incorrect YTD and LTD After 2 BKS Transactions Changing the In-Service Date

Symptoms
AMGLRECN is calculating the YTD and LTD incorrectly if there has been 2 BKS transactions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Create asset with in-service date = 1/1/2099 (Asset Management, Asset Transactions, Owned Assets, Express Add)
2 Run AM_DEPR_CALC (Asset Management, Depreciation, Processing, Calculate Depreciation)
3 Change the in-service date to 11/1/2020 (Asset Management, Asset Transactions, Asset Book Information, Define Tax/Depr Criteria)
4 Run AM_DEPR_CALC
5 Change the in-service date to 3/1/2021
6 Run AM_DEPR_CALC
7 Run AMGLRECN (Asset Management, Financial Reports, Load Reporting Tables, Load AM/GL Recon Table)
