Symptoms

PeopleSoft FSCM's eProcurement integration with Oracle Supplier Network (OSN) uses the fscm_epo_OSNTargetConnector servlet, delivered with the FSCM/SCM application.

The following error is seen in the Integration Broker (IB) errorLog.html if the mandatory OSNPassword property field is populated with an encrypted password. However, if the plaintext password is entered, no errors occur, and the purchase order is published successfully to OSN.

Steps to replicate:
--------------------------

1. Set up the PeopleSoft/OSN integration.
2. Enter the encrypted password in the OSNPassword property.
3. Trigger the Purchase Order request message, and observe the errors shown above.
