Information in this document applies to any platform.

In case of excluding manually some employee's by selecting status X-Excluded , and running the process with the  option ALL , the system is wrongly including the manually excluded employees.
Manual Excluded employee's shouldnt be included in the XML of bases, independently of the employee selection done.

Steps to replicate the issue:

  1. Run for e.g. January Payroll : Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Absence and Payroll Processing > Calculate Payroll
  2. Run Cret@ reporting for XML of bases, for January, selecting Not reported. and make sure the employee included in January Payroll is included in the file: Global Payroll & Absence Mgmnt > Social Security/Insurance > Print Cret@ Files ESP
  3. Navigate to Global Payroll and Absence Mgmt > Social Security / Insurance > Cret@ Individual Data ESP : and access Base details link, select status 'X-Excluded' for the employee which was included at Step 2
  4. Re-run Cret@ reporting selecting All : Global Payroll & Absence Mgmnt > Social Security/Insurance > Print Cret@ Files ESP

Observe: The Employee is still included in the file and it shouldn’t
