Symptoms

When performing a PeopleTools only upgrade, the step "Run the rel85XnDBTSFIX Script" (which is spawned by the step "Updating PeopleTools System Tables") fails.

The following error can be found in the Change Assistant job.log:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare the environment for the PeopleTools upgrade.
2. Run the relevant step in Change Assistant.
