Service Request Dashboard Is Not Showing Assigned Service Requests Of User. (Doc ID 2837288.1)

Symptoms

Service Requests By Status is part of the Service Request dashboard and displays a bar charge with the bars  in varying colors depending on the number of service requests in a specific status.

When 18 service requests are in the same status the bar color will change to white which is virtually invisible on the white page.

 

 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Records and Enrollment > Graduate Research Management > Service request dash board. Add 18 service requests with the same status.
Review the bar chart display on the dashboard each time you add a new service request.

(note that the color of the bar changes each time you add a new service request)
At 18 service requests in a single status the bar for that status will displayed in white and become invisible.
