GP FRA: Duplicate Structure in 'Update DSN Data' Page when to Add Child Structure

Symptoms
There is a problem with 'Add Child Structure' on the 'Update DSN Data' page.
When trying to search for all structures it give multiple rows for the same structure.
Steps to replicate the issue:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll &Absence Mgmt > Social Security/Insurance > Update DSN Data
2. Structure S21.G00.40, click on prompt button for section Add Child Structure the system brings duplicate values for the same structure
