Goal
A student's loan was originated at COD. The loan information that was returned contained information that flagged the student as s ATB (Ability to Benefit). The loan status is flagged as stuck in transit.
On the FAFSA, the student claimed 'Other' as high school completion, which flags the student as ATB. The student is not ATB. When trying to originate the student's loans, the detail has her flagged as' ATB-follow up needed'. Is there somewhere to override this code for the origination to go through? As a workaround, an attempt to originate the loans and change the data manually but it was not successful.
