Symptoms
BI_IVCEXT extract process does not populate PS_BI_EXTRCT_LINE.VAT_TXN_TYPE_CD.
Replication steps:
1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain / Common Definitions / VAT and Intrastat / Value Added Tax VAT / Transaction Type Description mandatory
2. Create new VAT invoice
3. Check VAT Details / Transaction Type provided
4. Run Print Proforma BIJOBP01
select * from PS_BI_EXTRCT_LINE where INVOICE='0000678701';
VAT_TXN_TYPE_CD populated correctly
No VAT_TXN_TYCD_DESCR populated
