EEX9.2: Add Quick Expense Defaults to My Wallet instead of Line Entry (Doc ID 2844806.1)

Symptoms

If no Entries Exist in MyWallet, Mobile Add Quick Expense defaults to MyWallet instead of Line Entry.

Replication Steps:

1) Logged in Mobile Phone View
2) Verify no wallet entries exist for the person/employee that logged into mobile
3) Click on Add Quick Expense from Home
This takes first takes you to MyWallet page
Then, you have to click on New Expense:

Result is: If No Entries Exist in MyWallet, Mobile Add Quick Expense defaults to MyWallet instead of Line Entry
4) Logged in Mobile Phone View
5) Verify Wallet Entries Exist
6) If No Entries Exist in MyWallet, Mobile Add Quick Expense defaults to MyWallet instead of Line Entry
7) Click on Add Quick Expense from Home
This takes you directly to New Expense.
