Updating Incorrect Future Financial Aid Census Date (FA Census Dt) Prior to the Earlier Actual/Correct Date (Doc ID 2846189.1)

An incorrect financial aid census date, farther out into the future, was entered in financial aid term (fa term) setup, in Set Up SACR > Product Related > Financial Aid Term > Setup Financial Aid Term > FA Term Setup. This setup date is also reflected in students' fa term records built based that setup, as viewed on Financial Aid > Financial Aid Term > Maintain Student FA Term > FA Term, within the 'Census Date' link. 

The actual, correct financial aid census date is earlier (and in some cases may be approaching quickly).

What is required and/or recommended in this scenario, so as to ensure correct results with fa term build, especially as relates to any census date locking of units and other fields? For instance, besides the obvious of correcting the date in the setup, is it necessary to also update any of the student values that display on the 'Fa Term Census Date Locking' sub-page?
