Symptoms

When depreciation is manually adjusted in Asset Depreciation page, the Depreciation Calculation results in negative depreciation in the Period Depreciation (DEPR_ALL_PERIOD) tab of the Asset Depreciation (DEPR_HISTORY) component
following an adjustment made here and thereafter, a suspension.  The retirement effectively ignored months of depreciation and retired the asset at and/or above cost.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Use Basic Add to add an Asset: (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Basic Add)
        BU = US001
        Asset ID = 000000000276
        Trans Date = 01/01/2019
        Acctg Date = 01/01/2019
2.  Run Depreciation Calculation. (Asset Management > Depreciation > Processing > Calculation Depreciation).
3.  Review Asset Depreciation by Period for Year 2019.
4.  Make manual adjustment in Period 10 and 11:  (Asset Management > Depreciation > Review Depreciation Info).
    * Adjust Period 10 to credit Periods 7, 8 & 9.
    * Adjust Period 11 to balance year to origin.
    Note:  Adjustment made in the noted page/component was one where user entered a credit in Period 10 to offset depreciation in Periods 7, 8, and 9.
              Period 11 then would be adjusted to offset the credit so the depreciation for the year would net to the same before and after the adjustment.
              Asset was then suspended at the beginning of period 11 and retired at the end of period 11.
5.  Run Depreciation Calculation.
6.  Review Asset Depreciation by Period for Year 2019. (same result, no change)
7.  Suspend Asset on 11/01/2019.
8.  Run Depreciation Calculation.
9.  Review Asset Depreciation by Period for Year 2019.
    * After the Asset suspension as of 11/01/19, the system adjusts entire year to -7.14 per period through Period 9
      and then, move the inverse of what was Period 11 to Period 10 as -35.70?
10.  Retire Asset as of 11/30/2019.  (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal)
11.  Run Depreciation Calculation.
12.  Review Asset Depreciation by Period for Year 2019 after retirement.
13.  Check Asset Depreciation by Period summary.
    * After Adjustment, Suspension (11/01/2019) and Retirement (11/30/2019), why does suspension send all of 2019 periods amounts negative?
