E-FTP: Add Attachments Fails in Screen Reader Mode Enabled. (Doc ID 2846475.1)

Symptoms

After enabling the Screen Reader Mode, The users are getting kicked out of PeopleSoft while attaching files to the application. The following error occurs:

Your PeopleSoft Connection has Expired.

Steps:

---------------------------

1. Login with USERID and Password and check the box to enable screen reader
2. Navigate to Manager Self Service> Performance Management> Performance Documents> Current Performance Documents and click on any Document name. 
3. Click on add attachment. click on browse add a PDF file
4. User gets kicked out after clicking upload.
