Symptoms
User can't remove punches from fluid timesheet for Elapsed Time Reporter
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Time and Labor > Enroll Time Reporter > Manage Time Reporter Data. Employee Time Reporter Data changed from Punch Time Reporter to Elapsed
2. Time tile > Enter Time. There are some Punch Time and Elapsed time present on Timesheet.
3. Punches can not be deleted which causing the over pay for Employee.
