E-QR: Issue With Copying And Sorting In Query Designer (psqed.exe).

Symptoms
Issue 1: When copying directly from the query window into excel the first column is a row count column which is not in the results view and the last column of the results view is missing.
Test Case 1 : The Copying issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to psqed.exe
2. Double-click PSPNLDEFN table, and add PNLNAME, PNLTYPE and FIELDCOUNT to the criteria tab.
3. Click results.
4. Copy all the fields and rows from the Results tab to excel.
5. Note that the first column does not appear in the results view of the query . Also, Note that the last column from the results view is missing in excel.

Issue 2: Sorting by clicking on the field heading is not working correctly. To sort by column C, for example, you must select the header of column B.
Test Case 2: The Sorting issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to psqed.exe
2. Double-click PSPNLDEFN table, and add PNLNAME, PNLTYPE and FIELDCOUNT to the fields tab.
3. Click results.
4. Click on the various column headers in the Results tab.
5. Note that some column is not sorted.
