Goal
We have Pennsylvania employees with various combinations of WORK_PSD_CD and RES_PSD_CD for the same locality. The W-2's are confusing because the W-2s reflect the different amounts but do not identify the differences for WORK_PSD_CD and RES_PSD_CD values. The forms are very confusing with 3 pages for local differences but there is nothing specifying on the form why each page is different. How do we determine the what value gets printed in W-2 box 20 for Pennsylvania Local Earned Income Tax Amounts Reported in W-2 box 19?
