E-PIA: Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) Is Incorrect On The PSTIMEZONEDEFN Table (Doc ID 2846912.1)

Symptoms

The Newfoundland Standard Time (NST) as recorded in table PSTIMEZONEDEFN, component TIMEZONEPNLGRP is incorrect. It has a UTC Offset of 180 minutes - ie 3 hours.
According to http://www.assembly.nl.ca/legislation/sr/annualstatutes/2011/1106.chp.htm, and as recorded in the IANA Timezone Database, the Offset for NST is supposed to be 210 minutes - ie 3 hours and 30 minutes.
