Symptoms
When opening the worklist to approve an immunization, the page does not show the employee name or the vaccine type to be approved as shown in attached.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Submit Vaccine Detail for Approval. Navigation: Employee Self Service > Vaccine
2. Open Vaccination Approval page. Navigation: Manager Self Service > Approvals Tile > Vaccine
