Symptoms
Unable to start Process Scheduler server and error appears from PSAdmin.exe user interactive mode.
Command to execute (1-7, q) : 1
The system cannot find the path specified.
Attempting to start Process Scheduler domain bulletin board <DOMAIN_NAME>
The system cannot find the path specified.

Attempt to start domain encountered errors!. Check the TUXEDO log for details.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run PSAdmin.exe
2. Select Process Scheduler menu to administer/configure domain
3. Select Administer a domain
4. Select Boot this domain
